We want to hear from our stakeholders! Please take a few moments to provide feedback on graduation ceremonies in the Columbia County School District. The feedback form will be open June 15 - 29, 2022. Thank you for your participation.
For the past two years, the Columbia County School District has been delighted to offer breakfast and lunch to all children at no cost. This was made possible thanks to the generous support of the USDA reimbursing schools for meals served to students, regardless of household income. However, this funding will no longer be available next school year.
The purpose of the GHS Wolfpack Camp is to demystify the high school experience for rising 9th grade students and to acclimate 10th - 12th grade students who will experience Greenbrier High School for the first time. Our camp is a responsive service designed to help students with high school transition through intensive orientation to the school environment, culture, and expectations. During Wolfpack Camp, students will build relationships with caring adults and peers and obtain specific information about Greenbrier High School.
Is your teen 16 years old or turning 16 before the start of 2022-2023 school year, August 4 2022? If so, they will need proof of a second meningococcal vaccination (MCV4) before being allowed to attend school, August 4 2022. The student must be 16 years old to receive the second MCV4 vaccination.
The name Purposity is a combination of purpose + generosity. For the past year, the Columbia County community has put the Purposity App to use meeting the immediate needs of our students and families.
Parents, students, and staff now have the opportunity to "Rent the Rock" to recognize a student's birthday, show school spirit, recognize a teacher or staff member or some other positive/congratulatory message.
