The Columbia County School District is monitoring the impact of the winter weather in our area, working closely with our local emergency management and weather officials. Given current predictions, schools and before/after-school daycare programs will continue to operate as normal at this time on Friday, January 21, 2022. However, all after-school activities for Friday have been cancelled due to the possible winter precipitation and unsafe travel conditions.

It's Permissive Transfer Time!

Permissive Transfer requests are being accepted. Completed forms should be submitted to the eligible school of choice no later than February 4, 2022.

IB Programme Applications Accepted Now

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is housed at LHS and is currently accepting applications from students at all five high schools including rising 9th graders from all eight middle schools.
