Columbia County Youth Leadership:
The CCYLP is a 9-month long program designed to educate through experience and motivate young leaders and enable them to take an active role in their community. This will result in strong leaders who have hope for the future and the tools to influence a positive and progressive community. Participants must be rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors, in Columbia County high schools or residents of Columbia County. They are selected after consideration of their recognized and potential leadership and the merit of their application. The Selection Committee strives to achieve a geographical, racial, and socio-economic balance in their selections.

Good News! GA Virtual School (GAVS) is now offering FREE online tutoring for any GA student in most core content areas. Students can schedule a time (after school hours) to meet online with certified teachers in core contents to review any standard.

Are you looking for a mentor outside of school? the New GENeration Mentor Program at Columbia County Community Connections is looking for students in grades 8-12 who are willing to accept advice and wanting to experience personal growth to join this new community.
