Everyone has a story--here's mine...
I grew up in Lincolnton, Georgia, and graduated from Lincoln County High School!  I cannot remember a time when I didn't want to be a teacher, and I am passionate about sharing my love for literature, composition, and EVEN grammar with my students!  I married Austin Rhodes (yes, from the radio!) in 2005, and we have an adorable Siamese cat named Atticus (of course, from my favorite book!) and a precious son named Beau (you know, from my maiden name "Guillebeau"!), who is going into the 8th grade this year!  My favorite things aside from family and friends are reading, drinking coffee and Coca-cola--give me all the caffeine--going to the beach, cheering on the Pittsburgh STEELERS, and spreading JOY like candy at a parade!  :-)
