Course Description

This class is for Sophomore English students.  This year the focus of your learning is to develop skills that will help you become persuasive writers, close readers, and develop research skills to carry you forward!  We will focus a lot on helping you gain SAT and ACT skills as well so that you are prepared to take the SAT or ACT in your junior year.  For extra help and additional resources, go to Ms. Lowery's Sophomore English Help Page !
