“The Caring Effect”
According to this article, our brains are wired to prioritize celebration above the need to feel safe. It feels GOOD when someone cares about us, and it feels good when we care about others.
- Identify one person you could care for today. Brainstorm one thing you will to today to celebrate, appreciate, or care for that person. It can be SIMPLE, but it should be INTENTIONAL.
