If you havent already, please watch the posted video of me working through two multiple choice questions that will be on your quiz tomorrow.  (Chapters 1-3 through the word "Never.") Pay attention to how I logically work through the questions and determine the correct answer.  You will have a quiz tomorrow (open book), over the posted materials.

Read through the Introduction posted in GC.  Highlight, take notes on the THEME and things we should focus on in this novel.  Start keeping a list as you read for each of the following:
DEHUMANIZATION, HOPE, HUMAN CAPACITY FOR EVIL, and how Elie Wiesel uses the word NIGHT.  The THEME is stated on the sheet as "lest we never forget."
