Student Textbook Damage Form
Every student will be asked to fill out this form. We will keep them on file just in case there is an issue at the end of the school year.
HOW DO WE MANAGE MATERIALS AT GHS?
NOTE: If you owe a fine, you may pay through RevTrak (note - cafeteria fine is for "past" cafeteria fines from a previous school year, not current cafeteria fines). To check to see if the cafeteria account is up to date, please check the account through EZ School Pay.
Please be aware that all outstanding textbook(s) must be returned before textbooks for the 20-21 school year will be issued. Please check Destiny (see instructions below) to view if your child has any outstanding textbooks.
SENIORS: Senior accounts must be clear of all items including fines to receive diploma.
9th-11th Grade Students: All student accounts must be clear of all items before report cards at the end of the school year will be released.
We use Destiny to manage textbooks, library books, literature novels, graphing calculators, and fines throughout the school.
